Privacy-preserving calendar

See your true availability across every calendar — and never expose the details.

veilcal mirrors busy/free across your Google and Microsoft accounts in real time, so double-bookings disappear. Share one household link and your partner or family sees what they need — WFH, in a meeting, busy, or free — never the details.

Free while in early access. We never store your event titles.

The problem

Multi-calendar life, single-calendar tools

Double-booked across accounts

Your studio calendar doesn't know about your day job. A client books a session over your kid's pickup, because nothing you use actually looks at everything you keep.

Sharing means exposing

The only way to let someone see your availability today is to hand over the whole calendar — every title, location, and guest along with it.

“Are you free tonight?” texts

Without a shared view, households default to guesswork — texting back and forth instead of just checking.

veilcal mirrors free/busy across every calendar you connect, in real time — so your availability is always accurate, and the private details never leave the calendar they live in.

Features

One calendar's worth of truth, everywhere you keep time

Privacy-preserving mirroring
We mirror busy/free, never titles. Every mirrored event shows as a redacted “Busy” block — the underlying details stay exactly where you put them.
Unified availability
Connect two, three, or more calendars across Google and Microsoft. veilcal keeps every one current, so “free” actually means free, everywhere.
Household availability sharing
Publish one link for a partner or family — no account required. They see WFH, In a meeting, Busy, or Free. Nothing more, unless you choose to show it.
Works with Google + Microsoft
Full OAuth support for Google Calendar and Microsoft 365/Outlook. Connect in under a minute — no admin approval needed for personal or self-owned accounts.

How it works

Three steps, no admin approval required

  1. 01

    Connect your calendars

Sign in with Google or Microsoft. Add every account you keep — work, personal, a side business — in under a minute.

  2. 02

Set what to mirror and share

Choose which calendars mirror busy/free into each other, and what your household link shows — WFH, in a meeting, busy, or free.

  3. 03

Everyone sees availability, nobody sees details

Double-bookings vanish. Your family knows when you're free. Your event titles, locations, and guests never move.

Privacy by architecture

We can't leak what we never store.

Most calendar tools need to read and store your event details to work — titles, locations, guests, notes. veilcal doesn't. Our mirroring and sharing engine only ever handles busy/free state and the redacted label you choose. That's not a policy promise — it's how the system is built.

The same engine that powers mirroring is idempotent and conflict-aware, so syncs never drop or duplicate an event. No surprise double-bookings, no phantom holds.

We never store your event titles.

Not encrypted-at-rest. Not access-controlled. Never collected in the first place.

Idempotent, conflict-aware sync.

The sync engine gets the strictest testing in the product — reliability is the trust that mirroring is built on.

Stop trading privacy for a shared calendar.

Free while in early access. No admin approval, no exposed details.
